Lifts his right paw and puts onto persons hand (or another target e.g. Book) when handler’s hand is extended (or target presented).

Verbal cue ‘paw’.

(Left paw will be verbal command ‘shake’)
Leo could do paw onto a book and now does it onto a hand target.  Keep practising and outside as well to solidify action.

Nb. If he mouths the hand at all he doesn’t get a treat.

Date: next time try to get him placing paw onto my palm which is on floor, gradually raise the height of my paw then until he has to reach up with his paw, like touch but with his paw and not nose.

Verbal cue: paw or shake. offer palm for him to touch hand. offer target stick for him to paw the end
